What Can YOU Do to Help?

 

  1. Donate- Donate to depression research associations that are looking for more precise ways of recovering from depression. I have included an association's link where you may donate to. 

  2. Spread awareness- Make fundraisers in your school, or just sharing information on Facebook or Twitter is a good way of spreading awareness. I have included a flyer in the blog that you may print or share with your friends!

  3. Help a Friend- Before you help a friend however, you must make sure that you know what you are doing. I will include a link that provides ways of comforting a friend that is in a depression episode.
